I started shopify development in the year 2015, and after that i fell in love with shopify. There are various reasons behind that i love working on shopify and continually started exploring more on shopify. Being a hosted platform and reliable makes it more robust than other open source ecommerce. People call it limited but i see no limit on shopify platform with wonderful api endpoints, metafields and webhooks.
Until now i have involved on numerous shopify projects, where i have gone though so much customization to meet various business need. The app store is great and with private apps I can do almost anything inside shopify and data manipulation.

Shopify Plus – 3 step cart & checkout customization
- Shopify plus, because of business need to customize on checkout page.
- 3 different stores for 3 different countries because of different country manager and delivery management requirements.
- Cart page is spited into 3 steps where gift delivery info & gift receiver info, delivery date-time selection and cross sell products with one click add to cart feature added.
- Information entered on cart are fetched on checkout and filled respective fields billing/shipping info of person and more importantly shipping method visibility depending on information from cart page.

Cart customization & apps
- Postal code check form is added where customer can enter postal code and check if delivery on that particular area is offered. The form sends inquiry out of shopify and js validates further process depending on the returned results.
- Extra information like delivery type, note and date are added on cart page.
- small customization like custom ajax add to cart, quantity increment/decrement, and various section specific schemas written for admin managements.
